ZLP800
The AWTC ZLP800 is a suspended access platform, the powered cradle system facade crews use for glazing, cladding, painting and inspection work on UAE towers. The package includes the hoists, safety locks and electric control box, the components that matter for site approval, while wire rope and cable are specified separately to match each building’s drop height. Modular decking assembles to the length the elevation requires, with the working rule that platform load is reduced when the deck extends 1.5 metres or more. Against scaffolding, a ZLP system rigs in a fraction of the time and relocates along the parapet as the work face moves. Al Wisam Trading supplies ZLP800 platforms with counterweights and technical guidance from Sharjah, serving facade contractors across the Emirates.
